CARTHAGE, Feb. 7, 2010 - On the commemoration, on Monday February 8, of the 52nd anniversary of the Sakiet Sidi Youssef events, President Zine el Abidine Ben Ali sent the following message to Algerian President Abdelaziz Bouteflika:

TUNIS, Jan. 13, 2010 - Tunisia was classified by the United Nations Organisation (UNO) index on "e-government" as leader of the African and Maghreb countries and 66th at the world scale, out of a total of 192 countries, climbing 58 ranks compared with 2009 (124th).




In accordance with the provisions of decree n°2006-2967 dated 13 November 2006, the public structures commit to adopt the administrative forms available online, on the Website of the Information System and Administrative Communication (SICAD) or other public Websites, when they underwent no alteration.
